Xiaomi claimed record sales across all platforms during the Singles Day shopping festival. The company broke the annual promotion record selling more than 22.4 billion yuan ($3.11 billion) worth of goods on platforms like Douyin, Pinduoduo, JD.com, Alibaba’s Tmall, and Taobao.
From November 4 to November 11, Xiaomi’s recently released Xiaomi 14 smartphone topped sales on Alibaba’s Tmall platform. Additionally, the business asserted its dominance in various categories of smartphone sales for Chinese brands on other e-commerce sites. Xiaomi intends to raise its 2023 and 2024 smartphone shipment estimates by 7% and 6%, respectively, to a projected 160 million units in 2024.
